3. The Officers work very hard to assist all members, but PLEASE do not take advantage of their generosity of time. Do not be an instance begging junkie...lol We run you when we can to HELP you, NOT DO IT FOR YOU.
4. Asking for promo is a sure way NOT to get promoted. We promote based on merit, participation, leadership skills and personal honor. Show us what you've got and make it good, THEN we see and promote! Actions speak far louder thn words.
5. Download ventrello. I hate to type and I pay for the account so I do not HAVE to type whilekilling stuff. USE IT and be nice.

2. Guild Participation - All members are expected to talk activly on chat. You may be able to assist someone, you may just be able to make us laugh, ,but if we dont talk to you, we can not get to know you. This is a family! We all have something to offer!
If there is a Guild Meeting and you ar online, you are expected to attend unless you have let me know ahead of time that you cannot. Meetings can be FUN and will usually result in door prizes...lol
Share your professional skills. We al save each other money. If you make something someone can use, HELP!
3. Age - We expect minors to have language filters on at all times. If you are under 18, please have parents permission to use vent, I will speak to prens from email address if needed. Minors are also expected to conduct themselves in as adult manner as possile. Bratty children will be booted, I am NOT running a babysitting service.
4. Instance - We will gladly run you through instances to level or gear you up BUT we will not drop what we ar doing at your demand. When running insance, you are expected to listen and take direction. We need to all be ableto work together to make the best use of our skills and you can benefit from experience of others. If you rpeatedly fail to listen, the party leader will let me know. No one likes to run with a hothead and there is no I in TEAM.
Do not expect to run the same instance more than once a day.
Remember to be polite and say thank you to people giving up their time to help you. Gratitude goes a LONG way!
